OBH Center collects aggregate data from OBH Council member programs and presents annual risk management reports on a wide variety of incidents.

The figure presents incident rates of OBH Council programs in 2011 compared to organized backpacking, mountain biking, downhill skiing, and snowboarding. Injury rates are presented in injuries per 1000 user days, where 1 user day is defined as 1 client participating in a program for 1 day. The full OBH incident report presents information on program completion rates, the use of therapeutic holds and restraints, runaways, and client and guide illnesses.
